How is this different from Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is built for inside sales teams running outbound across any vertical. Tally is built for owner-operators in services. The setup, the language, the integrations and the price are all built for the SMB owner who is the sales team. You'll feel the difference inside the first hour.

What if my team won't use it?

Two answers. One — the owner adopts first, by design. Tally is the tool you'll use without convincing yourself. Two — the AI inbox-to-tally means your team doesn't have to remember to update anything. Forward an email, finish a site call, the count updates itself.

I'm not a builder. Should I wait?

Honestly, yes — for now. The construction launch is sharp on purpose. Trades land H1 2027, professional services H2 2027, commercial services 2028. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when your vertical opens.

What happens to my existing CRM data?

We import from CSV out of any CRM. For Pipedrive, HubSpot and Salesforce we also have direct importers in private beta. The tally builds itself from your last 12 months of deals during onboarding.

Where does my data live?

Australia. Tally runs on Cloudflare with all customer data stored in AU regions. We never train on your data. Read the security page for the long version.
